City equipment and services (link) – A selected list of equipment and services available for use for a fee, from the City of Philadelphia. Equipment is subject to availability and approval by the Special Events Review Committee.

        • Stages – ranging in size from (8 x 8) to (32 x 48)
        • Risers
        • Metal Barricades
        • Bleachers
        • Flags
        • Bunting
        • P.A. Systems
        • Concert sound system
        • Podiums with or without the City Seal attached depending upon protocol
        • Trash receptacles, Street Cleaning, and Trash Pick up equipment
        • Electricity Generators
        • “Showmobiles” -- mobile stages measuring 16 x 32 and 16 x 24, equipped with or without sound
        • Philadelphia Police Department services may include providing the following: police and civilian personnel for traffic and crowd control, and wooden barricades for street closures and security.
        • Philadelphia Fire Department services, which include Emergency Medical Services, with transport capabilities to area hospitals.

          The City does not provide tables, chairs, canopies or tents, but these items are available through a variety of vendors.
