Philadelphia city employees have a reputation for their “Philagenerosity” and that is why it is an honor to continue my participation in the City of Philadelphia Employees’ Combined Campaign in 2013. City employees show great concern for their community through their generous donations to organizations throughout the Philadelphia region. These contributions help to ensure our citizens and environment are healthy, advocate for civil and human rights, and raise awareness about other critical issues.

Yes! Almost 5,000 employees made small gifts that added up to almost $950,000 for thousands of charities at home and around the world!

Can I give online?
For the first time this year, all City employees whose payroll is processed by the City’s Central Payroll Department (the non-Quasi departments) can donate through payroll deduction.

For the first time in Campaign history employees on Central Payroll can elect to make their 2013 Campaign payroll deduction contributions online!

The online giving mechanism offers a fast, easy, and economical way to support your favorite charities:
1. Your contribution is automatically sent for processing.

2. Errors are detected prior to submission.

3. You get a printout of your contribution.

4. You can review your contribution by simply logging on to the site.

5. You are eligible for special prizes for online givers.
