Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will PAGN remove graffiti from residential properties?
Yes, the Graffiti Abatement Team will assist with the power-washing and painting over graffiti of residents' home and businesses. If the property is painted, we request that able bodied home and business owners request a paint voucher from the Managing director's Office Paint Voucher Program to remove graffiti from their properties. If a person is elderly or physically challenged and unable to remove graffiti, we ask that they forward a short letter to the address on the Contact page.
2. How does the Paint Voucher Program Work?
Applications can be received through the Anti-Graffiti Information Line or through City Council members. You must list the properties that will be cleaned in order to receive free paint and supplies. Mail the application to the address listed on the Contact page. Turnaround time is less than 10 days. Applications can also be faxed to (215) 686-9919.
