On behalf of the Mayor of Philadelphia, the Mayor's Action Center provides information about, referrals for, and/or investigates citizen concerns, complaints or praise about City of Philadelphia services. The Mayor's Action Center can be contacted by telephone, email, postal mail, or in-person.
Mayor Nutter’s Mission for the Mayor's Action Center
To work with City of Philadelphia departments and other applicable, non-City agencies, to provide friendly, thorough and accurate service to all City of Philadelphia constituents via telephone, email, postal mail, internet, and in-person. Constituents are defined as anyone who lives, works, visits or otherwise interacts with the City of Philadelphia. Constituent service is defined as identifying, assessing and evaluating constituent requests and addressing it appropriately. All services are provided on behalf, and in the name of, the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia.
