We are kicking off another summer of learning in Philadelphia. We have opportunities throughout the city for a child or teen that you know to get involved in a program that will enrich their lives and inspire them to learn and achieve. The Summer Learning and More (SLAM) program is offering free academic courses and enrichment activities for students across the city. WorkReady will work to place thousands of teenagers in jobs with businesses and non-profit organizations – giving them the chance to gain meaningful work experience and explore potential career paths, while sparking their interest in pursuing a college degree.
