Philadelphia Tax Guide

 

This tax guide provides a brief description of the City and School District of Philadelphia taxes and water / sewer charges.  Both individual and business taxes are included.

 

The Department of Revenue offers free individual assistance in the preparation of tax returns.  For an appointment, call 215-686-6413.

 

We also offer large print bills, Braille bills, audio cassettes and foreign language telephone interpreter services.  These may be obtained by calling 215-686-2689.
