- Committee of fifteen members appointed by the Mayor in October, 1952, to study and report upon the office space requirements of all City and County governmental agencies at that time and to attempt to anticipate those needs for a fifty year period. The Commission disbanded upon the presentation of its final report to the Mayor and City Council in August, 1953.
