School Immunization Information

If your child goes to school in Philadelphia, the immunizations that he or she will need to enter grades K-12 are the same for all schools: public, private, charter, and/or parochial (religious) schools. The requirements will vary depending on which grade your child is entering.

As long as children are up-to-date for the immunizations they need for their age, they will have all the immunizations they need to enter school.

Philadelphia Requirements
