Regulations

In June 2016, the City Planning Commission updated its regulations pertaining to the mission, procedures and functions of the agency. 
In March 2016, the PCPC amended its regulations pertaining to Civic Design Review (CDR) and Reviews for properties in areas of Steep Slope Protection. A thirty (30) day public inspection and review period begins when the Department of Records posts the legal notice regarding these amendments. Also in March 2016, the PCPC presented updated regulations for Registered Community Organizations (RCO). These regulations were tabled until the April 19, 2016 Commission Meeting. The most recent revisions to the proposed updated regulations can be found here. Comments can be emailed to rco@phila.gov or can be mailed to 1515 Arch St Floor 13, Philadelphia PA 19102.
