Citizens Planning Institute Facilitating One Year Review of Zoning Code.

PCPC would like to hear from community members, developers, design professionals, attorneys, and any others who have used the zoning code in the last year. What experiences have you had with the new code? What challenges have you experienced? What changes have been working well? 

We are hosting (6) Public Feedback Sessions throughout the month of June. The sessions will use a small group interactive format to discuss changes, with maximum participation of 30 people per session. 

The sessions will take place on the 18th floor of 1515 Arch Street (Rm. 18029) at the following times: 

Wednesday, June 5th 5:30-6:30pm (special topic focus: RCO's)
Friday, June 7th 8:00-9:00am
Monday, June 10th 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday, June 13th 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesday, June 19th 12:00-1:00pm
Friday, June 21st 8:00-9:00am
